EIA21 is responsible for the direction and coordination of projects, which are aimed at:

  • Planning of activities and periodic progress reporting, including analysis of variances and proposal of necessary corrective actions
  • Administrative processing of projects
  • Definition of the necessary pre-projects
  • Basic engineering
  • Detail Engineering
  • Purchasing and contract management
  • Cost control and project deadlines

Since its inception, EIA21 develops and manages large integrated engineering projects offering its clients contractual alternatives such as:

EPC

EIA21 manages the turnkey contract or EPC, which stands for “Engineering, Procurement and Construction”. In this modality, EIA21 is in charge of both the preliminary and detailed design, as well as the management of purchases, construction, supervision and commissioning of the facilities.

EPCM

EIA21 also offers the EPCM modality, known in English as “Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management” which refers to Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Management. In this type of contract EIA21 takes over the engineering details and the customer is responsible for the execution.
